Thanks Debbie. Not nearly as many as keepers, which surprised me. I did make a mistake though, in that I figured the flash would stop all the action, but I still got some movement in the ambient light.

dale this is a great shot especially under the lighting condition and using your speed light. I can't think of any suggestions. they are alot of fun to watch.

Yes-this is really a neat shot. I noticed also that even though you used a flash there was a little blur. I do think that is pretty neat though because it adds a bit of movement to the picture. What kind of flash did you use? Seems like you were pretty close with the focal length... I am just wondering what are the limits of the flash as in shutter speed-1/200th? Fun shot!
