In Japanese, chopsticks are called hashi. They are also known as otemoto, a phrase commonly printed on the wrappers of disposable chopsticks. Te means hand and moto means the area under or around something. Light tent, single diffused tungsten light, Nikkor 24-120mm lens @52mm. ISO 200, 4 secs at f/11.
