Uploaded: February 19, 2012
In Japanese, chopsticks are called hashi. They are also known as otemoto, a phrase commonly printed on the wrappers of disposable chopsticks. Te means hand and moto means the area under or around something. Light tent, single diffused tungsten light, Nikkor 24-120mm lens @52mm. ISO 200, 4 secs at f/11.

Gee, Dave ... I didn't know you could speak Japanese so well! ... You probably know more words than me! Ha! Ha! I love all of your chopstick images! I think my favourite though is the one with the rice! Fabulous work! Great creativity! :) #10248199Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
