I have enjoyed 8 challenges with two of my children and my daughter-in-law, Kelly. My children have said that I am very competitive. My first challenge I asked my son, Aaron, and his wife Kelly to spot me as they are younger and in much better shape. They said they would. In the end no spotting was needed and I have won all 8 challenges. Of course on their defense I have more free time on my hands.

A great big congratulations! My knees and hips complain too much if I try to run these days, so I settle for walking about 3 miles most mornings. What you've done is quite an accomplishment -- believe me, I know the effort that went into getting there. I'll be watching for the announcement of your next 500!!
