worth saving?
This is Michigan Central Station in Detroit. It was once a glorious Beaux-Arts building and bustling train station. Now it is abandoned and trashed. City Council members want it torn down, which is a terrible shame since it is a historical landmark and is still a magnificent work of architecture. This is two combined exposures. I exposed first for the sky and then for the building. I also digitally removed a couple of other tourists by the fence but left one for scale.

Thank you, Julianna! Yes, the state of Detroit is really sad. I wish they could save and renovate all of the amazing buildings they have.
