Hello my friend! Now look that's EXCELLENT***** you can do all your MMmmming
but it came out great!! When do you get you camera back. Mine has to be sent away, have 5 memory stick and when I get to about 30 shoots on memory the camera is shutting down. Ishould be able to take about 140 of highest quality , So I been not using the stick but using internal memory which cramps my style. Ted says every day did you send it yet? And I SAY TOMORROW TOMORRW THE SUN WILL COME OUT TOMORROW! When you feel like cring SING! #1568284

Well, I hung on to it through the fourth .... I think we took it in on the fifth ... yeah just two days ago ... seems forever already ... I keep thinking "i should get my camera and ... " I had no idea I was that deeply involved with thinking of plannng out shots, etc.

Ok yes. I agree ... I am much happier with this image. there were other shots that were more interesting of the thistles but this is the most interesting of both the thistle and the spider.

i'm kind of starting to think that if an image doesn't make a compelling thumbnail ... it's chances of making a compelling full image are greatly reduced. This one makes a compelling thumbnail.

LOL and I know about having a husband breathing down your neck to let go of the camera. The camera before this one ... he literally had to walk me in and take it out of my hands and give it to the "tech" and I cried. I was suppose to leave in three weeks for a huge road trip and I kept saying "i'd rather know I had a lame camera than no camera at all." .... but it was also two weeks before the warranty went out. it was a good thing to let go of it.

but even it limping at 4mp it was better than this piece of uh er trash ... yeah trash.

ok i'll keep you posted and I don't mind being wrong if I can end up getting it right ;)

thanks!

have fun,

Thanks ya'll ... but do you know there is actually something very odd going on with this image ...

I don't see it on most computers that I've reviewed my images on ... but ... with Firefox and my IBM AT30p (laptop) ... I can see the layers in this very clearly ... as in I can see the swirls I made as I cleared up the area on the lower left!

Sooo ... two things ... keeping mind that i'm way back at PS4 ... one is I wonder if this has anything to do with the fact that I don't flatten my images before I create a jpg via "save a copy"

two is I wonder why it takes Firefox PLUS certain types of pcs ... which technically it probably means it takes a certain type of browser + video card + display. because the irony is ... that I just realized I am actually currently using my IBM (laptop) but it's hooked up to an external monitor right now because its display died.

Wierd ...

Ideas? (no ... you don't get to go with the "Pam's going over the edge" idea. It might be true ... but not applicable to this particular problem)

have fun,

I would like to say because I am happy, I have not expected this magnatude but here it is, I am a semifinalist in the international poetry open, and I am going into the finals, I have had my work copwritted and it is going to be published in the book called, " the editor's choice series" "Imoral Versus" and if you'd like to see my poem, go to poetry.com and type in my name, and with this I will post it here if you cannot view the page

Ride The Light
I am who you are riding at the speed of light,
I ride so strong,
I ride at the speed of light,
Going to other places and dieing of our own disease,
Yet I ride at the speed of light,
I do not pay attention of what is in front of me or behind me,
I just take it all in and ride at the speeed of light,
Kiss me goodnight, the light has bended.

First that's spam ... Second anyone who is not naive has figured out that poetry.com is a scam. Third the minute words are scrawled on a page they're copyRighted. God help the young and the uneducated! #3471415

I've requested that the post be removed without damaging the thread ... we'll see ... i'd hate to lose all my feedback
