This image was taken in broad daylight near our home in a master planned development resembling the Catalonia region of northeast Spain - ( BTW - Catalonia is one of my very favorite places to visit).
For this image: - Initial processing with Lightroom CC.
Moved image to Photoshop and using curves I brought down light creating a more night mood. Further reduced the light on the buildings in the background.
Topaz Adjust for tones.
Replaced the sky in Luminar AI for the image to appear to be under the magical view of the heavens as seen from earth.
