Concert Photos I take a lot of pictures at concerts indoors. The two digital cameras that I have do not take goop pics. Suggestions on cameras that take good pics indoors at concert events.

Concert lighting is apt to fool the meter of any camera. What cameras are you currently using? You may be able to compensate without spending more money. In the meantime, set the white balance for tungsten lighting to avoid overly red color cast from the spot lights, and check out http://photo.net/learn/concerts/mirarchi/concer_i.

The spot-lit performers are usually pretty brightly lit, but the dark/black background stage usually fools the meter into overexposure. With the Kodak LS753, I'd set it for no flash, Auto exposure mode, center spot metering (framing the brightly lit performer in the center), and center focus. Not sure about the Toshiba as I'm on dial-up and it's taking too long too download the manual. But probably similar - use spot metering if it has it and turn the flash off.
