Monica, Jim Miotke has a very good one right here! See the list of links in the green band on the left. Beyond that, check with local art associations and/or co-ops. Nearly all sponsor an annual photography "competition." Around me they're often called "juried" shows (in the art world judge(s) are "juror(s)"). In the San Francisco area you should have no shortage of them! If you work for a large company, find out if there is an employee photography club. Some of them also sponsor periodic photography "competitions." -- John
