Selling images of other artist's works I have a retailer that is interested in selling some fo my images. However, some of the images are of sculptured works of a contemporary artist. Also images of a famous glass artist's work. The images are, of course, my interpretation of their art, but do I need permission to sell these if the subjects were in a public display, and photography was encouraged? What is the legal ramifications here? Thanks
