how does it work? i'm a little confussed how the contest works, I'm new here.Once the month is over can you resubmit a photo? Or are all the photos you put in still looked at? thanks for the help~ Jan

Hi Jan, Everything you enter in the contest in a calendar month is considered for that month. The results usually come out in the middle of the next month. You are always free to re-enter a picture in a subsequent month. Hope that answers your question. Good luck!

Jan, I was also confused over the resubmitting process (I picked up the idea that there might be an official day for it) but several of today's discussions referred to it and finally there seems to be an answer: 1."Is this resub day?? Thought it was at the end of the month!" AND ANSWER:. "No formal resubmit day, Darren. Some of us just felt that due to the many many fewer than usual finalists that our better stuff never got off the ground and so we are randomly resubmitting our favorites through the rest of this month". So that's why several BP regulars seem to be resubmitting recently. Which is great for all of us--it means we get to see some of the best photos all over again and hopefully the judges will agree with us that they are winners!!
