Use tricks of imagination (redo)

Red is a warm color, and warm colors come forward. Therefore, the red car should have been in the front.

Thank you for redoing this one. It's much better without the distracting tilt. Now it's an example of how to trick your viewer into imagining more—a procession perhaps?—thus increasing our involvement and interest in your image. You've also given the front car room to move into the photo, which adds to the feeling of this being a procession—very good.

Remember that according to our last rule Red is a warm color, and warm colors come forward. Therefore, the red car should have been in the front. These are all Art rules that artists and now photographers adhere to.

Also, focusing on the front car is enough to pull us in, but it would have been better if that spot weren't in the middle of the frame.

See the white glare from the back car's windshield? It's the brightest thing in the photo, with the most contrast (to the dark line above). This draws our attention to the top left corner, not where you want it.

Move in a little closer and you can crop out the distracting windshield and also move the focus of attention (front car's radiator) off-center.
