I've seen images using this technique before, but haven't figured out how it's done? Are trees the best application for it? Basically, the question is, "How'd you do it?"

Hello Kathy! I used a slow shutter speed and intentionally moved the camera downward during the exposure in an attempt to get an impressionistic and painterly feel to the image. Most any subject will work using this technique--trees, flowers, lights, etc. And so many folks in the bp community use it--quite well I might add! Just experiment, allow your imagination to go a little "out of the box," and HAVE FUN!!! :)

Thanks for the How-To! Apparently, when I accidentally jiggle my camera at Shutter Click Time, I need to hold the button down for a longer duration; my 'blurs' aren't nearly as effectively beautiful as yours! lollllllllllll Kathy
