I have fallen in love with portraiture but all my life have wanted to capture the special, intriguing, and beautiful things I see in the wonderful world around me. I am working on "seeing" whereever I might be with my camera.

I've had a camera in my hand since I was 10, that's 50 plus years but that is telling. Still learning because now I want to become more technically proficient and use my camera to it's fullest. Most of my life I've been a snapshot person who occasionally achieved something exciting. Since I went digital, I've been learning much faster. I have decided that I am more excited by the "found" special shot than one that is created to shoot. But, I have also fallen in love with portraiture.
