I have always like taking pictures. I remeber using a camera that used 110 roll film. I was the unofficial picture taker of my family. My husband bought a 35mm Canon before we were ever married and I took that over in a hurry. About 3 or 4 years ago I bought the Canon Rebel xTI, and loved it. Recently I purchased the Canon 60D because I wanted more megapixels, a larger camera body and teh swiveling LCD screen. I am in love with this camera. I also recently spent alot of money on an L series 100 mm Macro lens by Canon. OMG! So I have been taking alot of pictures of flowers that I buy at the local florist. I really would like to be part of a group of people that love taking photos like I do, but most importantly I would really love to learn some new techniques and would love to be critiqued to see what other people think. I believe this will help me be a better photographer.
