Bio

I guess I have been a photographer in training since I was about 10 years old. My first camera was a 110 Kodak Instamatic, upgrading to a Vivitar point and shoot 35mm film camera several years later. It wasn't until I was in graduate school I had the opportunity to purchase a Canon Rebel SLR and sign up for a photography class. I first learned to shoot portraits and developed a love for black and white --I love the darkroom. I am learning to love digital imaging programs almost as much, maybe more. I have recently discovered a passion for shooting wildlife. I also really love shooting nostalgic places that remind me of good times gone by. I will always be a student of photography first. The more images I make, the more I want to improve. I love the process.
