I like to see the world through a lens...I always have. If it moves, I want a picture of it. If it doesnt move, I want a picture of that too! I have almost always been yelled at by family and friends to "get that camera out of my face" only to grow up and become the photographer that they now want to take all of their portraits, sporting events, weddings etc. Do I begrudge them? No I still love it...The world through my lens is enchanting.

Bio

About myself...
I love everything about life. The happiness, sadness, joy, pain, childhood, & of course adult childhood. All of it. Life is what takes us where we want to go. Life is good.
I am a mother of 3 beautiful children (my favorite subjects of course) and the wife of an amazing husband who happens to share my passion of photography. We live in "The Grind" hoping that one day our passion will become our reality. Photography to me is the only way to preserve the past. Gone are the days of handwritten treasures we called journals. Though much loved, they are the past. Stories are told in pictures, in video, in art. I hope to help people capture their memories so that as time fades for the old...the past is preserved for the new. How I wish that I had more pictures of my parents, and their parents, and their parents. I hope to create shared memories for my children and their children and their childrens children. A legacy in pictures. I hope to create it for my own family, and for those around me.
Knowing that people trust me enough to let me in and try to capture their most intimate and treasured moments is a gift that I cherish.
As I said before...Life is good!
