Description

Most of the beautiful TX Hill Country consists of tall rugged hills covered by thin layers of soil lying on top of either limestone or granite. Not good for a gardener, like me, but provides some scenic vistas along the roadsides....and when the wildflowers are in bloom, the rugged hills covered with their blanket of color is just stunning...and these little beauties will grow in any crack, crevice, nook or cranny, with just the thinnest layer of topsoil!
