Pull Over Or I'll Tell John

Dedicated to BP'er John Connolly and his love of Mail Boxes. I spotted the mailbox so wound the window down in our Motorhome to take a shot after Graham pulled over when we visited Broke village in the Lower Hunter NSW a couple of weeks ago. "Pull Over Or I'll Tell John" is a sentence frequently heard when travelling as I miss so many photos, some really beautiful. Anyway it works. Thanks for looking! ~Pat and Graham.

Lol, Pat - John's going to love this image (as do I!)...and the song, 'Big John', dedicated to him, too!! ;o)There's no doubting my bro-in-law has a penchant for, and happy knack of finding, the unusual and the unique...and especially in letter boxes!! ;o)
I hope your "Pull Over Or I'll Tell John" sentence keeps working for you with Graham - lol!! ;o) I have missed SO many wonderful photo op's in the past because Phil wouldn't (or to be fair to him, sometimes couldn't!) pull over!! ;o/
I used to say to him, "That would make a great photo"...and he would just keep driving!! When I mentioned it again he'd say, "I didn't know you wanted me to stop - you'll just have to say STOP"!! So that's what I do now...when I can see that he can actually pull of the road!! Either that, or I drive the car myself so that I can just stop (if there's space to do so!) if I see something worth photographing - lol!! ;o)
What lengths we photographers go to to get that (hopefully perfect!) shot, huh?!! ;o) #8504542

What a perfect dedication for our friend John. The Mailbox Man. :)This one is mighty impressive too, Sis. I can't get over how cool your Government is there to allow you to have this freedom. We HAVE to have regulation approved mailboxes or we get fined. And if we dont have a box they allow you to use a basket on the porch only for a matter of days until you put a new box up. At least this was the law in California when I lived there and knew about this stuff.
Great image!!!

Wow is that right little sister Lala the mailboxes in Canada need to be approved! There are most probably rules and regulations over here but nobody seems to have read them LOL.
