Yes! It's an amazing filter. You are right. You can take an image with NO WATER, chose the line of where you want the flood effect to begin and it makes it appear that the object is being "flooded" by water. I'll find examples and send them to you. I'd loooove to have that filter! Macro flowers are GORGEOUS with this effect, too.I'll go see what I can dig up to show you. #8275857
