In Her Locket

Description

Actually, these portraits are not in her locket, they are full size portraits of my grandmother's Great Uncle Thomas and Great Aunt Sally. The paintngs are sitting in my cousin's New Hampshire barn chamber, where I took photos of them several years ago (first week I bought my Digital Rebel - bought it for the trip!). When I was a child Aunt Sally hung over the couch at my grandmother's house, and Unlce Thomas hung at the top of the stairs, staring at (and scaring) us as we headed up to bed. He loooks quite congenial to me now! Large locket courtesy of the digital darkroom (hers is real).
