Morning Song

Description

~Boat-tailed Grackle~

These fellows are pretty common in the Austin area - thousands hang out in the trees in the mall (never park your car under a tree in any Austin mall!) but this fellow was found singing his heart out in the early morning, along with a couple hundred of his friends, at our local park.

These guys are always a riot, Texanna! You should see them in my front yard, some of the expressions they convey! Downright humorous! Wanna go shoot some? You take the D300 ... I'll whip out a 12 gauge!! A real gem, this one is! #8232111
