Conduit

The Visitor's Center at the Rio Grande Nature Center in Albuquerque has a dugout construction that enables it to blend into the landscape. While I was getting some shots of the patterns of light and shadow in the conduit entrance, I had to repeatedly move aside for groups of children entering or leaving the center and I couldn't help noticing that almost none of them could resist dragging a hand along the corrugated sides.
