Oh my! I haven't thought of kewpie dolls in a LONG time!! I remember getting one at Ringling Bros. Circus once when I was 4... this one looks like it's come to life! Kind of a cross between - let's see - oh, I think the Jack of Hearts maybe, in Alice and Wonderland. Or was it Through the Looking Glass? SOMEONE in a book I used to have looked like that, I know it. Not sure how you did this Laura, but it's cool! Not sure who Mimi is, either.

I love Little Mimi! And not just because she's cute as a button. Love her flaming red curls, and her eyes and soft smile create a sense of trust immediately.
We will need all the friendlies in the forest we can find, with flashlight OR candle --- won't we, Lauramary?
Maybe it's coincidence, but tonight in Southern California, it's chillier than it has been for many, MANY moons. I'd like to think that's what is making me shiver so!!!
