Laura, here in Newfoundland you can wake up in the morning & have a moose in your front or backyard. They are dangerous too, for we have have about 600 accidents per year & many people are killed!!! We missed one by inches one night & it was the biggest fright of my life. Now that I have cheered you up..............Laura E. Swan June 27, 2009
Patrick...I am NEVER going to leave the house AGAIN!!! HA!Actually that is really a disturbing little tale. I had no idea the east had so MANY MOOSE. Please be careful and thanks for the comments!!!!!

Laura, you have so many beautiful images. Now I know where most of the Editor's Picks go! Lucky you, to live where you do. I envy you. This is a great grab shot of the Moose. I would much rather see this panarama than a close up of the moose. This deserves a big print. Hope you have the mega pixels! You are doing very well indeed. Keep up the good work and you will go far. #8004229Laura E. Swan October 03, 2009
Thank you VERY, VERY much Toni! I truly appreciate each word you said here!!!-Laura #8004245
