No, it was shot from the penthouse of an old hotel in downtown Monroe, La. It was shot in 1967 or 68. At the time I shot it, the hotel was closed and was being remodeled into housing for the elderly, which is what it is today. The V shape is ironwork on the windows. Despite what the caption says, it was shot with a Rollie TLR. #1594301
