With a major storm warning yesterday I made sure to fill all the my bird feeders. I find such joy in watching the birds.
All schools are closed as are many buisness.

MAJOR WINTER STORM

Monday: High Impact Snowstorm continues.....with heaviest new snow winding down by noon. Winds 15 to 25 mph gusting as high as 30 mph from the North. Highs in the mid 20s.
STORM TOTALS FROM THIS HIGH-IMPACT WINTER STORM ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 12 TO 15 INCHES WITH LOCALIZED 22 INCH TOTALS POSSIBLE.
THERE WILL BE MUCH BLOWING AND DRIFTING...AND VISIBILITES WILL BE GREATLY REDUCED.
EXTREMELY POOR TRAVEL CONDTIONS SHOULD BE EXPECTED MONDAY

Excellent capture of this little guy and the weather forecast!! Hope it's not as bad as it sounds. I often wonder how the birds survive these storms.
