Ladle Wash Out

Uploaded: December 04, 2008

Description

The crane had just picked the ladle up from the turret, as the hot metal was pouring out the wash out hole. You can see the 3000F molten steel covering the edge of the ladle and spilling on the floor. For those that do not know I am the Electrical Engineer for the Melt/Cast department at a steel mill.
