Good Morning Sunshine

Uploaded: October 01, 2008

Description

A moment too good to pass up.
This was actually shot while the subject (my grandaughter) was standing on a stool brushing her teeth in preparation for catching the school bus.
When the rising sun streamed through the window, I recognized the opportunity, grabbed my camera and pulled off a 3-minute photo-shoot working the angles and exposure as best I could. (She actually remained on the stool by the sink for the entire mini-shoot.)
We almost missed the bus..so much for entrusting grandad with the responsibility of focusing on priorities.
No regrets. I've missed alot of great shots because momentary priorities got in the way. Priorities will quickly pass by but pictures last forever!
