Shot 5 years ago approx. with my second little Nikon. Found photo in a bunch of old CDs and liked it as a painted image. In addition, as the image was small by today's standards, I enlarged it with Topaz Vivacity Enlarge x 2. Then at the end I resized for bp.kk
