Beautiful color and composition. I love the golden glow here. Wish we could send you some rain. Our Midwest had been having horrible flooding. I am glad we live outside that area as we are in need of more rain. We used to have afternoon thundershowers almost every afternoon but the weather pattern seems to be changing and we don't get that happening with much consistency any more. We all have spots of bare grass in our nice green yards though because of our lack of water.

I so enjoy going to your site and listening to the music you pick for all your photos. I admire your cleverness! #6144865

Thank you so much Barbara Audrey and Debbie for your kind works,it is very special, thank you!

I's so glad you enjoyed the music Debbie, I used to play it with the images on BP but lost the other site so am playing safe now.

Oh I meant to say Debbie please send us some rain! When it does rain it misses the catchment area, some areas are on severe water restrictions, we are. ~Pat #6145114

This is really lovely Pat. The DOF is ideal and the background colors compliment the flowers perfectly. The diagonal composition with the stem works to your advantage also. A very pleasing image. I like it. Dale #6147928

What a beautiful photograph, Pat. I used to have these orchids (Epidendrum Schomburgkii) in my garden some years ago. They're beautiful and easy to look after. Your composition and DOF are excellent here. Great job!!!
