Description

Even when there is only a speck of soil, there is hope for life. This portulaca found hope and life in the space between pavers in my sidewalk. These plants come back every year from seeds that were originally planted elsewhere three years ago.

Afternoon September sun; Nikkor 18-70@70mm; f9@1/500 sec. Minor cropping and levels adjustment in PSP8.
