Hi Cheryle. Thanks for dropping by.
These two guys were in the field next to our house yesterday. There were three or four of the cattle egrets among the herd of cows and their calves. We only live a couple of miles outside of town here in central Illinois but have a wonderful variety of bird life. We were eating supper in the back yard last week and counted thirteen seperate species of birds at our feeders and the adjacent property. I swear we spend almost as much on bird food and dog and cat food than we do on ourselves!

Have a good summer Cheryle.
