I greatly appreciate your thumbs up Vladan, Vicky, Daniella, Susan, RC and billy!! Billy, I love working with natural light, especially when I get colorful shadows :o) #5932404Robert Hoischen May 17, 2008
The refracted light really looks amazing in this shot! Also I like that you placed the row a little off-center, a good buff for the overall composition that you do not go for the obvious diagonal. What I would like to see you do is to make another shot with an arrangement of four of those.. things.. use light from four sides and make a macro of their slightly overlapping refractions. Then apply that filter you mentioned. That should turn out a fantastic play of color. :) Again, a job well done! #5935174Susana Ms Heide May 17, 2008
Now there's a fun challenge!!! That would be very cool! In this particular image I used full sunlight to make the shadows. For your suggestion I'd have to manipulate the light in a studio setting. Love the idea... will have to make time to try it sometime. Thanks again Robert!! #5935864Lisa J. Boulden May 17, 2008
