Breast Cancer (Histology Panorama)

Breast Adenocarcinoma. This is a panorama of 9 photos (then cropped) taken with my Nikon D3 and a Leitz Ortholux microscope.
Most cells are in good focus, but some parts will be blurry due to the nature of tissue under the cover slip of the slide.

Thanks for your comments.If you mean the sample, it is a histology slide from a biological supply company, such as would be viewed in medical schools.
I regularly used such slides in my Pathology rotation.
If you mean 'technique', this has been a hard won process over a couple of years, with things just coming together this year. I place my D3 over a special phototube (which has a photoeyepiece inside the phototube). What is so super about Nikon's D3 is that it has LiveView, so with a USB cable from the camera to my computer, I am able to focus on my my 21 inch monitor!. This is what made a huge difference in my ability to take photomicrographs.
Then I took nine shots over various parts of the slide, keeping some areas in common in order to do a panorama.
I have used AutoPanoPro in the past, but
it didn't do a great job. I did some research and finally upgraded to CS3, and the Photomerge did it perfectly (the matching AND blending, yes, all nine shots. Then I cropped to get rid of the 'circle' look of the microscope objective.
