This photo was taken in my studio with just one umbrella light on low. In photo shop I first desaturated the photo and then added the blue tone. Next I added a large amount of blur and noise.

Beautiful Image Peggy,The Noise Has To Go:-) #865263Peggy Wolff October 23, 2004
Terry, my husband did not like the photo at all and I loved it with the blur and noise. I am sooooo glad you gave me your honest oppinion. I am trying to deside whether or not to make this into one of my photo cards that I use for 4x6 business cards. I will be uploading many images from this sitting in the next week. Here is the photo plain untouched. I also will be uploading 2 other photos one with the noise and blur and one with out. Please give me your honest opinions! #865292Terry R. Hatfield October 23, 2004
Yea Peggy I Like The Sepia And The Blur Combined,But We Work So Hard To Keep The Noise Down Now, It Just Seems Were Going Backward Using This Filter,I Have Used The Noise Filter It Has A Place In Editing Somewhere:-) #865311Peggy Wolff October 23, 2004
Can't the noise be like 70's clothes, they were so ugly then but now somehow they have become cool? lol Thank you for responding! #865320Peggy Wolff October 23, 2004
Oh yes, do you like the brown (really a mix of yellow and red so not a true sepia) better or the blue? #865323Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
