Veronica the dog is a Weimaraner. She is my baby but definitely is high maintenance. She takes a pretty good picture, doesn't she???

This is such a great shot! I love it! How do you get such great clarity across all the subjects but still have good DOF in the background? Every time I try to shoot with my 50mm with 2 or more people one of the people is blurry. Thanks!!!! Jen #5531464

Thanks Jen for the comment. I think I got lucky on this one. Actually I wish the dogs eyes were a little sharper in this but it will do. I am just thankful that I got a picture of the three of them together and all of them looking at me. I do know that I was backed up against the wall and almost hanging out the window with the 50mm. I always choose my focus points and in this one I think that I focuses on my sons eye and used the focus point closest to my sons eye placing it on his eye. #5531693
