Thanks. I use Panorama Factory (www.panoramafactory.com), which I like because it's fully automatic yet also allows you make your own manual adjustments.

Thanks for all the nice comments. My Canon Pro 90 has an IS lens so that helps a lot with the handheld shots. The nice thing about taking a panorama of a body of water is that you always have a good visual reference to horizontal on the lake surface, plus refelections are always vertical, so that helps to line up each frame without a tripod. The challenge here was the brightly lit trees and sky was at least one stop brighter than the lower half, so the split ND filter helped balance out the exposure, although I suppose that could be done in software too. The didymium filter enhanced the red and orange colors somewhat. Thanks again.
