Description

Wood Duck. I used my long lens to get close enough to the duck to make it the subject in the photo. The shallow DOF also helps make the duck stand out against the background of the reflections on the water. I was glad the duck swam through the blue area because his head is not competing with the brown reflection. 1/1250s @ f/6.3, exp. comp. -1.33, ISO 250, 400mm.
