I'm sorry Scott, but without your explanation, I wouldn't have known what was going on.
When shooting photo-journalism, try to imagine how the image will stand on its own...without a caption.

No need for apologies. I have published for many publications in the past, all of which were articles, not photographs.
I think I'll stick with my landscape and nature photos.
