Falling Orchids
Uploaded: August 01, 2004
Growing on a "cliff" in the Tropical America exhibit at the Rio Grande Zoo, Albuquerque, New Mexico; f 2.8 1/125 @ 20.70mm, light filtered through skylights; levels and background adjusted in PS, also slight increase in left-hand border width; Feedback greatly appreciated.

great shot pamela! I really like the lighting on the orchids and the dark background makes the flowers look really clear. :) #153624Pamela K August 01, 2004

Ok, I'm planning to resubmit this. Here's a version with a little levels adjustment on the darker flowers at the bottom, the tan stick cloned out, and a slight increase in saturation (because this version seems a bit washed out compared to what I had on my computer).Let me know what you think.
