LOVELY!!! You are so great at this!!

Is there any way you can take a picture of the diffusion umbrella and the lightdisc you use for me to see? I have been trying to find one at B&H photo (no place around me has really good stuff) and they have no pictures up of these products. I want to look into one or the other, but have no idea as to what I am going to get! Does what I need come all together or do I need to buy it in pieces and get stands? I know this is a lot to ask for help, so if you are too busy I completely understand. Thanks! One more thing, what is the difference in this equipment versus a light box? I'm so confused! :O) #16318

Oops, I meant softbox not light box :O) #16319

Thank you for your comments. Stephanie ... use the link below to see what the Photoflex Litediscs look like that I use. They are pictured in the upper left corner of the page. You want the ones that are translucent. You just hold it between the sun (or other light source) and the subject. For a small, single flower, you can use a 12 inche litedisc which costs around $14 at many of the New York camera stores. I also have larger ones handy.

A softbox is used in studio photography. A studio strobe is actually placed at the back of the softbox. You don't need that for outdoor work. Hope this helps.

Stephanie,

Here is a link to Cambridge Camera which has some good prices on the litediscs.
