Guthrie, Oklahoma, where one might expect a rough and tumble town considering its
founding event of the Oklahoma Land Rush in 1889, delighted me with The Victorian
Tea Room—elegant décor, heavenly cherubs adorning an antique organ, and a
harmonious atmosphere, belied the origins of this divine town. Live theatre,
antique shops, art galleries and a historically preserved downtown!
