These Victorian buildings in downtown Sutton, Nebraska were built around 1891,
evidenced by the stone sign at the top of the first building—a tradition to name and
date new structures. Typical of small, Midwestern towns, these elegant “Ladies”
were designed with character and style indicative of the more gentile Victorian era.
