This image was shot on a remote beach in
Southern Oregon.
Nikon 17-55mm f2.8 DX lens with a solid Neutral Density (3 stop) filter and a Split Density (2 stop grad) filter for this effect.
2.5 sec exposure, f/16 and ISO 320
