Spider Sails
Uploaded: July 22, 2007
Spiders are not my favorite by a long shot. BUT spider webs are one of my favorites. Living in the country we have an abundance. We found one this morning while walking the dog. It measured at least 2 feet in diameter.
AF Mode: Manual, 400mm, F5.6, 1/125 sec, ISO 400, tri-pod. Cropped out white blur from shed in neighbors yard. I turned it Sepia to better blend the distractive colors. The darker shades are the neighbors horse in the background. Would be nice if you could get the spider to build in an area without distractive background. Hahaha...: )

I don't think I have ever seen a web shot that I liked better, Debbie -- I would resubmit this from my gallery in a heartbeat! Favorite for me. #8865643Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
