Is buddy yours? You have alot of ranch type shots here. If buddy is yours do you work him on the ranch? Just wondering, capper is a titled working aussie so that is why I am asking these questions. I love it when I run into other folks who use these guys for the reason they were bred. #1539075Angela K. Wittmer July 02, 2005
Buddy belongs to my mother in law... we have a dairy farm & he does help us alot. He loves to hold gates open & chase cows... He is Australian Sheppard. He will help us round up cows in the pasture, but we have to watch him as he tends to want to pull the switches off the cows tails! He also will lay outside open gates & keep the cows from going through.. he is alot of help.. thank you both for your kind words! #1547786Christy L. Densmore July 05, 2005
Great to see that he helps out. As long as he does what they need him to do. Mine are of course pets first, but my oldest does have a few working titles, so is trained. I just love the breed and cannot imagine my life with out them and always love to see pictures of others here. #1556124Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
