The carriage house at Arbor Lodge, Nebraska City Nebraska. The home of J. Sterling Morton the founder of Arbor day and former US secretary of agriculture under President Cleveland. J. Sterling's sons Joy and Mark started the Morton salt co. When it rains it pours.
