Wow -amazing macro Debbie! Saw this on Editor's First Picks! #660895Debbie E. Payne May 24, 2007
Hi Michelle -- This one was pure luck! I was out doing yardwork this past weekend and spotted a ladybug, ran back into the house for the camera which was set up for macro and started exploring, only to find two ladybugs instead of one. I lot lots of pictures but because they were moving all the time, this one was the one that made it to BP! The burnt edges technique was something I learned in the Digital Wedding class, believe it or not! #4322932Debbie E. Payne May 24, 2007
By the way -- it's good to hear from you. Am anxious to get back with the group and looking forward to a short class. How was your lighting class? #4323350Lisa J. Boulden May 24, 2007
Really pretty colors and lighting in this cool image! PERFECT title!!! --Lisa #4325752Debbie E. Payne May 24, 2007
Thank you LIsa. I had started out callng it something else and decided that "LoveBugs" worked better! It's so exciting when you "catch" the ordinary being "extraordinary"! #4325848paul parent May 26, 2007

Thank you Paul and Alexis for commenting on this image. It makes me smile, too! I felt a little bit like a voyeur, but I kept on taking pictures in hopes that one would turn out. This one was it! #4337154Debbie E. Payne June 06, 2008
Glen -- Men seem to have a better idea of when to stop. Glad that curiosity got the better of you, though! #6028970Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
