Isn't that an Italian flag on the right of the picture? So I would venture Italy somewhere... #772

It's the Harbor in Cassis, Southern France near the Cote d'azure. The flag by the way is French. C'est vrai, n'est ce pas? #3789

Wow - we already have a winner! The correct answer is Cassis, France. Mark E. got it right - before the rest of us had a chance to crack open our atlas. Identifying the flag shows good detective work. Well done! #3792

I probably had an unfair advantage... I've been there. Probably stood almost exactly where your picture was taken.

BTW... please say Hi to Bryan Peterson for me. I've taken several workshops with him. Coupeville, WA in '93; Whistler '93 and Holland '94. I doubt he remembers me though. I'd recommend his workshops; he's an excellent instructor, one of the best. Is he still living in Lyon? #3795
